The Registrar of Companies intends to remove 38 companies from the Register under section 258(a) of the Companies Act 2006. The Registrar is satisfied that these companies have ceased to carry on business and there is no other reason for these companies to continue in existence.
Unless, under section 264 of the Companies Act 2006, written objection to removal of the above companies is delivered to the Registrar by 19 November 2025 being not less than 20 working days from the date of this notice, the Registrar is required to remove these companies from the register.
